BUDA – After recently opening its fourth branch office, this one at the intersection of FM 967 and FM 1626 in Buda, Great Locations Realty has taken over management of Givens Properties, one of the most prominent real estate companies in the Buda area.

Said Marc Goebler, Great Locations Buda Vice President of Sales, “With the addition of the agents from Givens Properties, we’ve positioned ourselves to be the real estate company in Buda area and expect to capitalize on Givens’ long-time Buda presence and their depth of market knowledge of the area.”

The heads of the two companies, Jason and Rick Tarr, Brokers/Owners of Great Locations, and Margaret Givens, all felt it was an opportune time to combine forces.

“We really did feel that both companies had a strong team,” said Givens, “and with Great Locations moving to Buda, we felt that working with them would result in all of us having a stronger presence. Great Locations is a young company offering lots of ideas and I think it’s a good mesh.”
