Forrest Kubsh, 20, Ethan Kubsh, 18, Johnmichael Swann, 17, all of Buda, and Christopher Garcia, 18, are charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity, both first-degree felonies punishable by two to 99 years in prison.
