The Hays County Sheriffs Office is seeking information about this man arrested about 11 a.m. Monday by Texas State University police.

He is being held in the county jail on a Class B misdemeanor charge of failure to identify and a $2,500 bond. When arrested, he refused to give arresting officers his name and other methods of identifying him have not been successful.

He is described as a white male, approximately 40 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call the university police department at (512) 245-2890.

UPDATE 5:30 p.m. JUNE 24: The sheriffs office reports the man has been identified as David Prichard, 39, whose last known address was in Coleman.
