Members of the San Marcos Masonic Lodge No. 342 presented four Texas flags that had flown over the state capitol to the local SMCISD elementary schools in observance of Texas Public School Week.

San Marcos CISD campuses and administrative offices will close for the Winter Break beginning Monday, Dec. 22. Monday, Jan. 5 will be a district staff workday, and students return to the classroom on Tuesday, Jan. 6.
