Local author, historian and community leader Bill Johnson shares memories and anecdotes about the town of Wimberley in the newest oral history presentation by the Hays County Historical Commission.

Novelist Tim O’Brien, holder of the Endowed Chair in Creative Writing at Texas State University, has received the 2010 Katherine Anne Porter Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
